A rough working rule for events is one unit per 50 guests for a four-hour window, with more if alcohol is served or the event runs longer. On construction sites it is closer to one unit per 10 workers on a 40-hour week. Tell us the numbers and we will size it with you.
How often is the unit serviced?
Weekly is standard and it is included in the rental. High-traffic placements, big crews, and multi-day events often need it more often, which we schedule when you book rather than charging as a surprise.
How far in advance should I book?
For a standard unit on a job site, a few days is usually enough. For restroom trailers and event weekends, book as early as you can, since peak Saturdays fill up well ahead.
Where does the unit need to go?
On firm, reasonably level ground that a service truck can pull within about 25 feet of. Soft sand, steep slopes, and spots behind locked gates cause most of the delivery problems we see, so flag them when you call.
Do you have ADA-accessible units?
Yes. They have ground-level entry, a wide door, and room to turn a wheelchair inside. Most permitted public events are required to have at least one, so include it when you give us your unit count.
